Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GMPR13S.dll
2.Extract GMPR13S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GMPR13S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GMPR13S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GMPR13S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GMPR13S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GMPR13S.dll and press Enter.
