Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GNPrint.dll
2.Extract GNPrint.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GNPrint.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GNPrint.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GNPrint.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GNPrint.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GNPrint.dll and press Enter.
