Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GUIDesign.dll
2.Extract GUIDesign.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GUIDesign.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GUIDesign.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GUIDesign.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GUIDesign.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GUIDesign.dll and press Enter.
