Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GZSXC02.dll
2.Extract GZSXC02.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GZSXC02.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GZSXC02.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GZSXC02.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GZSXC02.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GZSXC02.dll and press Enter.
