Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GraphResR.dll
2.Extract GraphResR.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GraphResR.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GraphResR.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GraphResR.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GraphResR.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GraphResR.dll and press Enter.
