Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GraphicEQ (Advanced Mono).dll
2.Extract GraphicEQ (Advanced Mono).dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GraphicEQ (Advanced Mono).dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GraphicEQ (Advanced Mono).dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GraphicEQ (Advanced Mono).dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GraphicEQ (Advanced Mono).dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GraphicEQ (Advanced Mono).dll and press Enter.
