Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gdi9Res.dll
2.Extract gdi9Res.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gdi9Res.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gdi9Res.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gdi9Res.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gdi9Res.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gdi9Res.dll and press Enter.
