Using the zip or rar file
1.Download geoocr.dll
2.Extract geoocr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract geoocr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting geoocr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract geoocr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place geoocr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 geoocr.dll and press Enter.
