Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gmSimple2Wide.dll
2.Extract gmSimple2Wide.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gmSimple2Wide.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gmSimple2Wide.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gmSimple2Wide.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gmSimple2Wide.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gmSimple2Wide.dll and press Enter.
