Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gv5b3cci.dll
2.Extract gv5b3cci.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gv5b3cci.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gv5b3cci.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gv5b3cci.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gv5b3cci.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gv5b3cci.dll and press Enter.
