Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GC2CountModule.dll
2.Extract GC2CountModule.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GC2CountModule.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GC2CountModule.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GC2CountModule.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GC2CountModule.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GC2CountModule.dll and press Enter.
