Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GECSP00003.dll
2.Extract GECSP00003.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GECSP00003.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GECSP00003.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GECSP00003.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GECSP00003.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GECSP00003.dll and press Enter.
