Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GMShellExt.dll
2.Extract GMShellExt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GMShellExt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GMShellExt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GMShellExt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GMShellExt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GMShellExt.dll and press Enter.
