Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GSRefer.dll
2.Extract GSRefer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GSRefer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GSRefer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GSRefer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GSRefer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GSRefer.dll and press Enter.
