Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GeneralLogger.dll
2.Extract GeneralLogger.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GeneralLogger.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GeneralLogger.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GeneralLogger.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GeneralLogger.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GeneralLogger.dll and press Enter.
