Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GifAnimation.Pipeline.dll
2.Extract GifAnimation.Pipeline.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GifAnimation.Pipeline.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GifAnimation.Pipeline.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GifAnimation.Pipeline.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GifAnimation.Pipeline.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GifAnimation.Pipeline.dll and press Enter.
