Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GisClrManager.dll
2.Extract GisClrManager.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GisClrManager.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GisClrManager.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GisClrManager.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GisClrManager.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GisClrManager.dll and press Enter.
