Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Guided.dll
2.Extract Guided.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Guided.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Guided.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Guided.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Guided.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Guided.dll and press Enter.
