Using the zip or rar file
1.Download geoGaussProjection.dll
2.Extract geoGaussProjection.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract geoGaussProjection.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting geoGaussProjection.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract geoGaussProjection.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place geoGaussProjection.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 geoGaussProjection.dll and press Enter.
