Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gsl35.dll
2.Extract gsl35.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gsl35.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gsl35.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gsl35.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gsl35.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gsl35.dll and press Enter.
