Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gsrvrora8i81.dll
2.Extract gsrvrora8i81.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gsrvrora8i81.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gsrvrora8i81.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gsrvrora8i81.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gsrvrora8i81.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gsrvrora8i81.dll and press Enter.
