Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gsudf.gex.dll
2.Extract gsudf.gex.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gsudf.gex.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gsudf.gex.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gsudf.gex.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gsudf.gex.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gsudf.gex.dll and press Enter.
