Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gsvw32it.dll
2.Extract gsvw32it.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gsvw32it.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gsvw32it.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gsvw32it.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gsvw32it.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gsvw32it.dll and press Enter.
