Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GGSCANRK.dll
2.Extract GGSCANRK.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GGSCANRK.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GGSCANRK.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GGSCANRK.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GGSCANRK.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GGSCANRK.dll and press Enter.
