Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GL3Content.dll
2.Extract GL3Content.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GL3Content.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GL3Content.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GL3Content.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GL3Content.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GL3Content.dll and press Enter.
