Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GXCOMUtil.dll
2.Extract GXCOMUtil.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GXCOMUtil.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GXCOMUtil.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GXCOMUtil.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GXCOMUtil.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GXCOMUtil.dll and press Enter.
