Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GeoEditAVIDll.dll
2.Extract GeoEditAVIDll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GeoEditAVIDll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GeoEditAVIDll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GeoEditAVIDll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GeoEditAVIDll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GeoEditAVIDll.dll and press Enter.
