Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GeoFramework.Gps.Controls.dll
2.Extract GeoFramework.Gps.Controls.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GeoFramework.Gps.Controls.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GeoFramework.Gps.Controls.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GeoFramework.Gps.Controls.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GeoFramework.Gps.Controls.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GeoFramework.Gps.Controls.dll and press Enter.
