Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GetBom.dll
2.Extract GetBom.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GetBom.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GetBom.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GetBom.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GetBom.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GetBom.dll and press Enter.
