Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GrSettings.dll
2.Extract GrSettings.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GrSettings.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GrSettings.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GrSettings.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GrSettings.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GrSettings.dll and press Enter.
