Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GsSupport.dll
2.Extract GsSupport.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GsSupport.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GsSupport.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GsSupport.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GsSupport.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GsSupport.dll and press Enter.
