Using the zip or rar file
1.Download g214lwwk.dll
2.Extract g214lwwk.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract g214lwwk.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting g214lwwk.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract g214lwwk.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place g214lwwk.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 g214lwwk.dll and press Enter.
