Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gck2015x.dll
2.Extract gck2015x.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gck2015x.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gck2015x.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gck2015x.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gck2015x.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gck2015x.dll and press Enter.
