Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gifplug.dll
2.Extract gifplug.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gifplug.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gifplug.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gifplug.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gifplug.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gifplug.dll and press Enter.
