Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gsmgsetlossfn.dll
2.Extract gsmgsetlossfn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gsmgsetlossfn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gsmgsetlossfn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gsmgsetlossfn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gsmgsetlossfn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gsmgsetlossfn.dll and press Enter.
