Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gsrvrora9i91.dll
2.Extract gsrvrora9i91.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gsrvrora9i91.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gsrvrora9i91.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gsrvrora9i91.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gsrvrora9i91.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gsrvrora9i91.dll and press Enter.
