Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GSooIMEGSE.dll
2.Extract GSooIMEGSE.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GSooIMEGSE.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GSooIMEGSE.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GSooIMEGSE.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GSooIMEGSE.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GSooIMEGSE.dll and press Enter.
