Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GetDataEx.dll
2.Extract GetDataEx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GetDataEx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GetDataEx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GetDataEx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GetDataEx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GetDataEx.dll and press Enter.
