Using the zip or rar file
1.Download genpdmintfmtz.dll
2.Extract genpdmintfmtz.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract genpdmintfmtz.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting genpdmintfmtz.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract genpdmintfmtz.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place genpdmintfmtz.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 genpdmintfmtz.dll and press Enter.
