Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gfnp2bc.dll
2.Extract gfnp2bc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gfnp2bc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gfnp2bc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gfnp2bc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gfnp2bc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gfnp2bc.dll and press Enter.
