Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gjm.dll
2.Extract gjm.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gjm.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gjm.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gjm.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gjm.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gjm.dll and press Enter.
