Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gsmmsysmodectrlfn.dll
2.Extract gsmmsysmodectrlfn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gsmmsysmodectrlfn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gsmmsysmodectrlfn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gsmmsysmodectrlfn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gsmmsysmodectrlfn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gsmmsysmodectrlfn.dll and press Enter.
