Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GEN5.dll
2.Extract GEN5.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GEN5.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GEN5.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GEN5.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GEN5.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GEN5.dll and press Enter.
