Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GemCNF.dll
2.Extract GemCNF.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GemCNF.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GemCNF.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GemCNF.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GemCNF.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GemCNF.dll and press Enter.
