Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GemPC400Installer.dll
2.Extract GemPC400Installer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GemPC400Installer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GemPC400Installer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GemPC400Installer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GemPC400Installer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GemPC400Installer.dll and press Enter.
