Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GeoDataInterchange.resources.dll
2.Extract GeoDataInterchange.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GeoDataInterchange.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GeoDataInterchange.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GeoDataInterchange.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GeoDataInterchange.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GeoDataInterchange.resources.dll and press Enter.
