Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GuaGuaIM.dll
2.Extract GuaGuaIM.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GuaGuaIM.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GuaGuaIM.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GuaGuaIM.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GuaGuaIM.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GuaGuaIM.dll and press Enter.
