Using the zip or rar file
1.Download getSsV20140P03MapDecode.dll
2.Extract getSsV20140P03MapDecode.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract getSsV20140P03MapDecode.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting getSsV20140P03MapDecode.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract getSsV20140P03MapDecode.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place getSsV20140P03MapDecode.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 getSsV20140P03MapDecode.dll and press Enter.
