Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gpkGal.2.0.dll
2.Extract gpkGal.2.0.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gpkGal.2.0.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gpkGal.2.0.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gpkGal.2.0.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gpkGal.2.0.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gpkGal.2.0.dll and press Enter.
