Using the zip or rar file
1.Download gpsDoc.dll
2.Extract gpsDoc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract gpsDoc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting gpsDoc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract gpsDoc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place gpsDoc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 gpsDoc.dll and press Enter.
